Unexpected Format: if IE 9

I have a probe set up with the address of https://familysearch.org. Iget the error of Unexpected Format: if IE 9 . I am using IE-10 . On other computers there is not this problem, also running IE-10. ????

when you say probe, you actually mean a sensor right?

What sensor type are you using?

we don't quite understand the issue.

Maybe you can send some screenshots to suppor@paessler.com that explain the issue.
