Gmail SMTP relay in 13.2

Since we have upgraded to 13.2.3 the Gmail SMTP relay does not work. The settings we have configured worked in any previous version (13.1 or below). Even running a Wireshark on the server with the Gmail settings does not show anything at all happening. Is there a know issue with this? The build-in mail server works fine for certain emails but not all (thus we cant use it).
