How to monitor total internet upload?

I'm a total newbie, I installed this to figure out which computer on our network is sucking up the bandwith of our internet connection. But when I click on sensors, there are so many there, I'm not sure which one to choose.

probably not quite as easy as you were hoping, but that is how it is done with PRTG.
