Can a "Speed Trigger" notification turns sensor into "RED" ?

Trying to monitor an Cisco E1 PRA port, by monitoring the in/out traffic on the D signalling interface (eg Serial 0/0/0:15). Email alert is well sent, but the sensor object still keeps "Green".

Is there a way to turn it into Red as long as the Speed Trigger condition is on ?

no, this is not possible a trigger does never affect the state of the sensor. Sorry.
