How can I monitor Google SMTP

I am trying to put in a SMTP monitor for Google our business email solution and I can't figure out a way to get that particular monitor to work. Any ideas?

thank you very much for your KB Post. What exact sensor types did you try then? With which settings, and what was the exact error message on the sensor? Can you please upload some screenshots? Or send them in via email to support@paessler.com?
