Packet Sniffer showing mostly 'Other'

I've setup several remote probe's to investigate what is eating up bandwidth at my remote sites. Unfortunately, after reviewing the packet sniffer's Top reports, the bulk of the traffic is placed in the 'Other' bucket, which isn't very helpful. Anyway I can discern what all of that traffic is?
