Audible notifications on External Map Display

We used to have audible notification for alarms on our Externally displayed Map but since upgrading to ver. 12, they are no longer working.

Is there a way to set this up again?

With "external" map, do you mean a public map? What precise version of PRTG 12 are you currently running?
