Hello, don't really know if it is the appropriate place to ask this question, but i was troubleshooting my snmp configuration between a windows server 2008 and a network device using your SNMP Tester v5 beta, and i found this error :

Value: No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003)

don't know what should i do to resolvethat problem please... thanks in advance.

Hi,
there are some things you might want to check when receiving this error message. Please check if the SNMP Service is up, running and properly configured on the target device. Additional, please make sure no firewall is blocking the access to port 161 and if a firewall is in between the tester and the target make sure UDP traffic from tester to target is allowed in port 161.
