Our current state trigger is set to notify after 30 seconds of downtime. We have multiple worldwide offices and the networks tend to take hits now and again. This is fine during business hours. However, when the offices are closed we would like to increase the state trigger to 1 or 2 minutes and limit unnecessary alerts. Is there any way to do this?

Hi, this is not possible within a single trigger and notification. You will have to create another notification, which can be equal to the one used in your first trigger. Afterwards create a new trigger with the times when the office is closed. Now use Scheduling in PRTG to pause resp. unpause the notifications for the different triggers. This will just prevent notifications for the trigger are sent out.
