2 checks then alert

Is there a way to setup our scanning intervals/notifications to check the device 2 times before it sends us an alert? For instance I have the scan interval set at 5 minutes and would like the device to be below the threshold for 10 minutes before sending us an alert email/text.

What you want to do is setting the "notification latency" for the respective notifications.

Enter the time to wait until the notidication is sent in the field "for at least ... seconds"
