What is "Authorization error (SNMP error #16) and how do I fix it?

I am trying to monitor a switch with SNMP version 3. I correctly entered the information but when I attempt to monitor SNMP traffic I continually get this error. I am sure that it is something very simple that I overlooked but I did confirm with the vendors tech. support that the information I entered is complete and correct.

May I ask you to please use our SNMP Tester, preferably the new betaversion 8 of the Tester 5, to perform a "Scan available standard interfaces" against the target device? Which results do you get in the Tester? Please send us the result logfile from the Tester via email to support@paessler.com.
