We have a Red Hat environment that I am currently monitoring with PRTG. We receive an alert as expected when disk space gets low. After disk space is cleared up though the sensor does not update with the correct value. Recreating the sensor gives us a correct value but we lose historical data. Pausing the sensor cause the sensor to go into a "Paused by Parent" state and it cannot be un-paused.
Thank you for your help.

This worked for us. It did take some time for the sensor to un-pause but the end result is: problem solved!

Hi Sean,
most common reason for this is a not (anymore) existing channel used as primary-channel. Please adjust the setting for the sensor to point to a existing mountpoint (usually '/').
Kind regards
