I monitor Juniper switches EX3200 and ES4200 with SNMP Traffic sensors. Especially with high traffic PRTG suddenly shows zero ("0") values. This leads to wrong data in the tables and my graphs show incorrect data, too.
What can I do?

SNMP Compatibility Options
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the devices' behavior. However, we built some compatibility options into PRTG which helps to prevent false data.
Please go to the settings of the device where your SNMP traffic sensors are created on, or to the settings of the parent group. There, locate the SNMP Compatibility Options.
In the Overflow Values setting, try ignoring overflow values. Also, activate 64-bit counters (you will have to add your sensors anew in order for this setting to take effect).
