Top talker on router?

if I see a lot of traffic on a router how do I see the top talker doing this? I want an easy way to see which person at a site is using the most bandwidth.
I cant seem to find and easy way to see this. (if its possible) I need to see if it can be done as I review this software for what we need it to do.

You could use a packet sniffing or flow sensors and then use toplists
