iPRTG works fine when connected to a wireless AP inside the network but fails with a "The request timed out" and Error Loading Data [-1001] outside of the network. PRTG is configured for external access by that I mean I can access the PRTG web portal from out side of the network. I spent the $11.99 and it's worthless if I can't get it to work from outside of the netwok. Please advise.
