Hi,

as a little "service" we want to send mails to certain people if a sensor in PRTG gets an alarm. But these people don't have to get access to PRTGs webinterface. Is it possible to send mails to some mail-adresses without creating a user in PRTG? Thanks!

Hi,
sure, this is possible. Therefore, just go to Setup | Notifications and choose the notification you want email addresses to. Now go to the field Email Address and add all recipients separated with , .
This will cause PRTG to send the notifications to these email addresses as well as to the user group (if set up).
