Determine downtime vs acknowledged time

I'm trying to determine how long a sensor is down vs downacknowledged so I can report on how quickly(or slowly) sensors are being acted upon by our ops team.

Is there a way to determine how long a sensor is acknowledged?

I can get downtime with the 'downtimetime' parameter in the API. I'm looking for something similar for the downacknowledged status.

it is not yet possible to measure how long a sensor was down acknowledged at the moment, sorry.

But I will add the request to our wish list!
