We are currently using PRTG Network Monitor 12.4.5.3165 x64
We generate some reports in PRTG which show us up and downtime periods for selected sensors. The table of information generated in the reports includes periods of 'unknown'. Is there any way to discount these unknown periods, or show them as 'up'?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Just to confirm, the status is 'unknown' and not 'unusual'. Does your statement still apply?

I apologize for the typo, indeed 'unknown' was meant in my first response. I did correct that.

Hello,
the unknown state means that PRTG has no information about the sensor at that time, so not even down (and no up either). That may have been times where the sensor was paused or PRTG was not even running. It's not possible (and not intended actually) to leave this out of a report, because we think it is important that PRTG "is honest" and tells you about times when it has no information, or even turn this into "Up".
best regards.
