show pop up when sensor is come to down

We are customizing a map for NOC monitoring.Is it possible to pop up a dialog box/browser in client side which indicating sensor status with some follow up instructions when a sensor is come to down, and a button which can acknowledge the corresponding down sensor ?

I'm afraid this is not possible, but when you use the Google Chrome browser there is the possibility to activate the Chrome Desktop Notifications. Please see the manual here for more information: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/chrome_desktop_notifications.htm
