PRTG Traffic Grapher 6: Dependency for chanaging IP address?

We are using PRTG Traffic Grapher V6.2.2.984 Enterprise Unlimited Edition on windows 2003 Enterprise Edition Server. We want to change the IP address of this server (IP address is in different network) on which PRTG application has installed. I want to know is there any dependency (like past data ) on application after changing IP address of server.
