Hello,
Iam using the send e-mail if some ping sensors go on red.
Its been send to 4 e-mail adresses.
3 people recive the mail without any problem.
1 does not get any mail from PRTG.
Does not matter what i try even if i make a seperate group with his mail only.
Hope u can give me some advice.

its going true a exchange server and its all internal mail iam sending.
All same domain just 1 e-mail who wont send.
Nothing can be found about the mail in PRTG logs.
i see all the 3 mails but the 4th is not visable

please create a new notification with only that mail address and test it.

are you using the built i PRTG mail server or are you relaying through your company mail server?
Is the address that is not working an internal or external address?
