Geo Map address resolving problem

When entering the location of a probe, the map does not show the address I'm entering. I have tried using street addresses and longitude/latitude, but nothing happens when I enter text in the location box. The marker is always placed at the 0,0 long/lat.

Any ideas what might be causing this problem?
