Why the license tab in the PRTG server administrator don't allow me to enter a license key?

Hi,

I had already installer the PRTG monitor, but my license expired. No I had download the last comercial version.

Paessler seller, allow me another trial license, but I can´t enter it in the Prtg Server Administrator. The spaces allowed to write the user and the license appear grey and don't let to write anything.

What can I do?

if the trial installation on the PC is more than 100 days old, the trial period expired permanent, sorry.
