Differences information collected NetFlow and SNMP

I use Custom NetFlow sensor for information about utilization of router interfaces. When the Autodiscover, PRTG added for this router SNMP sensors, also showing the utilization of interfaces. SNMP and NetFlow graphics for one of the interfaces are similar, but not completely. What can explain the differences schedules?
