Dear Sir,

I'm using PRTG network monitor V12.2.1.1767 software, this was working fine since 3 days, but suddenly some sensor light is blue and give information to sensor not licensed. but some sensor is working fine. what can i do this. it is not pause at my end. kindly provide any solution.

i get the backup from PRTG Software, after that i will new installation on our server, but my PRTG is not working fine......
