in enterprise console, version 12.3.3, if i right click on a sensor I do not have the option to acknowledge an alarm even though I have full admin rights.

Please open a support ticket or forward us a mail to support@paessler.com refering to this knowledge base thread. Please include a screenshot showing that it is not possible to acknowledge the alarm in case.
