Is there a way to "preload" Active Directory members?

I am switching my configuration to a, hopefully, "pure" Active Directory driven setup (running 12.3.3.2855 for now will be updating to the latest build shortly). The problem I am encountering that notifications are not being send to the Active Directory group members until they log in the first time. Is there any way I can pre-load these members without having to get them to log into PRTG Network Monitor?
