Any new AD user cannot login to the PRTG WebUI. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello,

just to check, the according Active Directory user group is linked with a PRTG User group already, and a newly added user (in the Active Directory) can't login to PRTG? What do you need to do then that it succeeds? Simply wait? Restart PRTGs Services?
