Unable to install Licence key due to the the key area being greyed out.

it was previously setup using 30 day trial.

Hi,
please log in to our Customer Portal and download the latest commercial installer. Now run the same on the machine where PRTG is installed and you will be able to provide the license details.
Please note that all your data will be kept during this process.
