Need to know what folders/files/services I need to exclude from real-time protection so the antivirus product I am using doesn't affect the performance of PRTG. Thanks for any help you can provide.
What antivirus exceptions should be in place for PRTG?

Hello,
the PRTG program folder should be enough.
However, depending on the product you're using, you may also need to add the paessler.com domain to the allowed list of your web access protection in order to use the automatic update. For details, please see: Read time out during software auto-update of PRTG. What can I do?
