Customer did not have their actual license key when the software was installed, so we used a trial key.
How do we change from the trial key over to the customers license key?

Hi,
please install the commercial version (can be downloaded here) over the top of the existing trial version. During the installation of the same you are able to provide the commercial license key. All your data will be kept during this process.
