Hi, I've just installed PRTG 12.3.3.2855 on a Hyper-V server running Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64). I can access the web console fine on http (port 80), but when I click to enable SSL & Restart. the process seems to never complete (I've left it for over an hour, and the PRTG logo animation was still going). If I stop the process, PRTG still works, but only on http.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Tony

Hello,
please try changing the Port respectively switching to HTTPS "manually" in the "PRTG Server Admin"-Tool. Does this then work?
best regards.
