Heey,

For 1 group of servers this error comes up once in a while and iam just wondering why.

The login's of the servers are all correct but once a week or twice a week it gives me this error.

How can i fix this(becouse its kinda annoying to get a mail every time this fake warning comes up).

This is being happend on a few eventlog sensor's

On all the server the sensor are working but with 1 group i keep getting these error's

This is with eventlog sensor so it needs to login to check the eventlog.

I use this sensor on every server to check the backup but only with this group i get an error every time.

It seems these are rather Exe/Script-Sensors, not Eventlog sensors. If this error shows up sporadically and then resolves itself without interaction, I'm afraid there is very little we or PRTG can do. The reason may be short time connectivity issue with the DC to verify the account credentials. You can however try to use the other option:

  • Use security context of probe service
  • Use Windows credentials of parent device

depending on what is set now. Maybe that helps.
