How to send notification to all users when specific sensor has been paused? therefore everyone know what happen and what has been done? Thank you

You could use the "Send Mail"-Button on the right side to send an email about pausing the sensor.

I was meant to send automaticly once user pause the sensor and it sent with the message that we type in when we pause it. Any ideas?

Sorry, that's not possible, because there is no Trigger-condition for the paused-sensor state.

Sorry, that's not planned, we'd like to avoid more complexity in the Trigger-System with yet another state to be notified upon.
