have you tried switching the email format to plain text? This can be done in the notification settings.

when alert for sensor up or sensor down I can open emil in html format. but when subject is summarized Notifiacations , hang!

then this seems to be more like a Lotus Notes issue than a PRTG issue. Have you tried opening the email in an other email client?
