Two Packet Sniffer sensor with different speed notification limit,but get wrong speed alert.

I define two Packet Sniffer sensor with different speed above notification limit (Ex A 1Mb,B 2Mb) ,but sometimes I get wrong speed alert about B speed reached 1Mb.How to solve it ?

can you please provide some screenshots to analyze (showing the trigger-setups on the senosrs, and the "Log"-Tabs of both sensors) this issue?
