My local probe is disconnected, aswell are the other probes disconnected. I tried to restart it ,but it didn't worked. I restarted my server it also didn't worked. I scanned my system for errors: ------------ C:\Users\administrator>sfc /scannow

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. ------------------- I tried to update from version 9.1.5.1900 to12.3.1.2420 but it doesn't work.

I did it manually the update, it worked fine. Now my local probe is back online and some probes from my LAN network are also back online, i'm just waiting for the other probes thill they get updated. It is still sending the update to the probes. The update was except i guess ,my version was probably out of date.

Hi,
please try upgrading manually. Therefore, please log in to https://www.paessler.com/login and download the latest installer.
Now run the installer on the machine where PRTG is installed. All your data will be kept during this process.
Does the issue persists?
