ssh script private key password no authenticate

Hi,

we are trying to connect to linux server via custom ssh sensor, I added private key in prtg config + login via private key, but authentication doesn't work. (logging on linux host says authentication failure). I tried the key pair from another server and this works fine.

do you have a pointer as to how to resolve this issue ? We are running on Redhat 5.
