When the physical server on which PRTG is installed is rebooted the PRTG Web Server settings default to use the "Localhost: Use 127.0.0.1". Consequently after each reboot we cannot access PRTG remotely until we use the Server Administration Tool to change the elect IP Address for PRTG's Web Server" to use "All IP's". For some reason when we change to use "All IP's" the change is not permanent and is lost on reboot.

Dear Jim,
I suspect that somehow the PRTG Core Service is started before all NICs with their IPs are fully initialized and so only 127.0.0.1 is really properly available. Can you test this please by setting PRTGs Core Service to have the "Manual Starttype" in the Windows Service Management Console? Then please restart the full system, and after it has fully booted start the PRTG Core Service manually. Does it then still revert to localhost?
best regards.
