Feature Request - Sensor notifications

Currently Notifications are able to be set by group and/or individually. This has serious limitations as you may want email notifications about one sensor but not of another or you may want notifications from one sensor to go to someone else (Such as congestion versus downtime).

Allowing either notifications being set by libraries or type of sensor (including custom setup's) would give better control. Failing that, allow multiple sensors to be selected, within the management view, and their notification settings changed en mass.
