How can i customize my messages to get only topic of alarm and maby short describe without all history in email like groups history comments and etc ?

Hi,
to modify the notification, please go to "Setup" -> "Notifications" and open the notification in question. There you will find the "Message Text" field which can be customized to your needs. A list of placeholders for the usage in this field can be found here.
