I installed the Corporate version over my trial version and now every time that the Alarms and Warnings window opens, it locks up the server. Any idea why?

I'm assuming your are talking about the tray popup of the Enterprise Console. If EC is running as Standalone application on a Client (not Core/Probe machine) then uninstall it from your Client. Then download the EC Installer from your PRTG Core Server and install it on your Client.
