Hello,

Since 2 days, PRTG is very slow. The problem occurred at once. Since the problem occurred, we must wait for a long time in order to connect.

I already tried to restart the server several times, but the problem is still present. I have the latest version 12.2.2.2157. When PRTG starts, it takes almost 45 minutes to load the configuration. Before, we had to wait 15 minutes maximum.

What can I do? I can uninstall and reinstall PRTG? Should I send you the logs?

please perform a upgrade to the most recent version of PRTG 12.2.2.2211.
Does the issue persist after the upgrade?

Could you please forward us your system log files for analysis? You can find the same under

XP/2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paessler\PRTG Network MonitorLogs (System)

Vista/2008: C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (System)

send the files to support@paessler.com

include either reference to this KB article or add some information to the ticket.
