May i can Update from PRTG 6 to PRTG 12

for this , i want to updated to PRTG 12,but i dont want clean all data for it , backup the prtg 6 data, then into the prtg 12 , please someone can help me how to do it ?

Hallo,

direct updating from version 6 to version 12 is not supported, sorry.

Please start with a clean configuration on PRTG 12.

You can still have your version 6 running parallel to your PRTG 12 installation for as long as you want to.(should be to seperate PCs)
