Hello,

I follow the steps from the KB. I don't have error when testing with wbemtest.exe And don't have error when using script wmidiag.vbs And still have error connection from prtg after reinstall wmi on the server

You could try using a Remote Probe on this target server to avoid the DCOM and have Local WMI access.
