i set up the free trial last night and i forgot my user name is there any way to fix this so i can get back in i dont want to delete every thing and i am hoping that you can help

Hi,
please open the program "PRTG Server Administrator", switch to tab "Administrator" and set your credentials there, then apply the settings. Your PRTG Core Servive will restart and after that you should be able to log in again.
