Dear support,
I have a POP3 roundtrip sensor and it's red all the time. It shows the error: Checking for Messages: Maximum Trip Time exceeded (giving up)
I set the Maximum Trip Time (sec) to 600, 800, and the sensor continues red with same error. I did the test manually, and there is no delay when delivery and receipt of e-mails.
Could you please help me?
