I get the error message "PRTG GUI starter has stopped working" on first running the PRTG Enterprise Console.

I am running a 64-bit PC with Windows 7. Processor is Inter Core-i5 2500K.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but still get this error repeatedly.

Any suggestions?

Please send us an email to support@paessler.com refering to this thread. Please include your core and probe log files for analysis. You will find the latter within your \Logs (system) sub-directory of the data directory, as defined under the "Core Server" tab of the Server Administration tool.
