I'm evaluating PRTG and I must admit I like the product.

I'm having trouble getting information out of our SANS. We have 5 in total 3 Infortrend and 2 HP iSCSi SANS and although I can setup pings, http, https, SNMP Uptime, I can't seem to get anything else. Ideally I would like to see array usage, drive failures, and any hardware issues. Should this be possible using SNMP with SANs? I'm new to this so I could be missing something really obvious.

Hi,
I'm afraid we do not have any experience with the devices you mentioned. But as you are able to get SNMP Uptime out of the devices, you should be able to get also more information. Please contact the vendor of the device to get the MIB files for the same. The MIB files then can be imported for the usage in PRTG with the MIB Importer.
