I am not seeing a section where I can enter a username and password for a HTTP sensor. We are running the website on IIS and are using Windows authentication.

Hi,
the "normal" HTTP Sensor does not provide any authentication functionality. Please use the HTTP Advanced sensor instead which supports authentication via NTLM.
